There was no messing around. The quote was good, their timing was excellent and they did not take up the entire day to get the job done. They needed to improve the wall condition, which meant that they needed to be creative, which they did and they did not charge me extra.

I very rarely post feedback but when someone goes above and beyond, I feel I must respond accordingly. Last night the garage door broke down. My family and I were “stranded” as both cars were in the garage and our commitments the next day were thrown into disarray as we didn’t know exactly when we would next drive them if we couldn't get the cars out. I phoned B&D and Elise at HQ must have sensed the desperation in my voice. She was brilliant and arrange for Tania from NWSM to contact me. I experienced the most amazing customer service from Tania. A few hours later a technician came out and fixed it. I have nothing but praise for the whole B&D and NWSM teams. Thank you.

From the first meeting to measure and quote up until the install, our experience with this company was amazing. Maybe not the cheapest on the market but you pay for what you get. Great job guys.

Can't speak highly enough of the service I received from start to finish. Jake was very professional & knowledgeable when he came to do quote & from then onwards was reqularly kept updated on the progress up until the time of installation by Werner who really knows his job. He has very high work ethics & left the premises spotless when he had completed the installation. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

NWSM provide very good customer service from main office through to the tradesman / technician! Arrived on time and my garage door service competed in 20 mins.Highly recommend!
