Good comms. Rang prior to attending, then advised can attend sooner due to a cancellation.Job report good.BUT - Didn't appreciate being plagued by email DEMANDING payment. Have at least a two week gap for payments. Your cash flow is not my concern, BUT my pension pay days are!!

Do not use this company. We have had nothing but issues and the work they did on our garage door springs was not up to standard nor what we asked for and what this company is trying to charge us is outrageous. The below average work caused damage to our ceiling which we have to repair. We had to get another company in to fix the problems and get our door back in working order. We informed the company and got a reply months later to which they never took responsibility for, apologised or paid for Damages we asked. They told us to claim it on our insurance!!!. The lack or assistance, professional and workmanship is extremely poor. Even the manager couldn’t reply to our multiple emails. Definitely stay away from this company!!

Door technician was polite, knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and the clean up was spot on. Would recommend Guardian Doors for all tilt a door repairs and servicing.

Buyer beware! They sold me an old model Guardian branded slow and inferior replacement garage motor at the same price as the latest, silent and fast garage motor without giving me a choice. Their subcontracted installers did a terrible job. When I complained the manager said what I wanted to hear, with insincerity in her voice, which was easy to pickup. The offer to make things right was overpriced and an insult.I won’t give them a cent again and I hope my experience will help others avoid making the same mistake. There are better companies out there.

The technicians arrived on time. I love the tracking app. It meant I wasn’t hanging around and could come home in time. Job was done expediently. I highly recommend Guardian Doors.

I dropped in to get a replacement remote control and met Kay and Jess at the office in Wangara. Kay fixed my remote control and saved me buying another one. Both Jess and Jay are amazing! Nigel at Guardian Doors saved me $500 with their honest and professional advice and service.I had my Guardian garage door installed about 10 years ago. When it started acting up for the first time recently, my agent had another company (Garage Door Restore) look at it and their technician told me it was “definitely” the motor and tried to sell me a $645 motor on the spot, even sending me a video of the door apparently not responding and the light just flashing.I don’t know much about garage doors but I’ve lived in enough houses to know that their motors, especially from a brand like Guardian, normally last well over 10yrs, and for various reasons I felt uneasy about the initial advice from the first company so I asked Guardian Doors for a second opinion.Guardian Doors was out there the next business day and in less than 30 seconds into their inspection, the technician found the door had been put into the safety beam mode by someone. They had the door operational in less than 5 minutes and it took them less again to inspect inside the motor casing and confirm the motor was fine. No need for new motor or new springs. They serviced the door and it only cost me $162 instead of the $645 motor that the first company was trying to sell me.Thank goodness for the honest, trustworthy advice and experience of Nigel from Guardian Doors. As a lay person reliant on the advice and recommendations of professional in the trade, honest and reliable advice is the most important factor for me.I would highly recommend their product as reliable and their service as honest and professional.

Had my garage door serviced, unfortunately I couldn’t be home to see exactly what was done , from what I could see not much was greased all the hinges and horizontal pins attached to rollers where all still dry as a bone in fact I think il have to grease them myself now. I’d say $170 for a visual inspection and a quarter turn of a nut is a bit pricey and would have taken about ten fifteen minutes at the most. I gave 2 stars because of visual inspection and came out when they said they would.

Guardian Doors in Wangara provided great assistance in overhauling my garage door, which is probably 15 years old. Their assistant at the Wangara front desk was tremendously helpful. She knew her product well, gave me various options, and was just generally a pleasure to work with.
