worse people to deal with my garage door kept breaking down and they kept dragging it every time i call customer service they say call this person or we'll send you someone tomorrow and nothing happen. i had to pay someone to fix it, when im under warranty. i recommend people to stay away from this company its worse company to deal with bad customer service.

I ordered the garage door more than 2 months in advance and paid the deposit. However, they gave only 2 days pre-notice for the time and date of installation. I had to cancel something every important in order to be home for the installation.I paid the balance in full amount right after the installation on the day. However, I haven’t been to able to get my receipt even I called them multiple times and left messages as well!There is a lot to improve…

Damian will take your money quick then does not want to know you. Very poor quality workmanship and worse service. I do not recommend this company nor will I buy from him again.

I am very pleased with the new garage door installed by Perth Garage Door company. Damian priced the new double door ~500AUD cheaper than other companies around Perth and Ray installed the door beautifully. I can only recommend this company and these two men.

Worst company ever to deal with. The garage door was fitted crooked, also the electric door kept dropping down halfway and when calling the office they were extremely rude and said oh well take us to court, we will just void your warranty. By the way the warranty is only valid if you use them to service every year. No ABN on their website- backyard business. ****Update as of today sept 2022 door still on crooked and not repaired.this company Rips of the elderly

After using other garage door companies/contractors for installation & servicing in the past for my own residence and investment portfolio and being let down multiple times, I was looking for a more reliable business to take care of the works I required. After speaking to other investors I know, I was referred to the team at Perth Garage Door Company. I called and spoke to Damian organised a booking for a service on a door and a new installation. The serviceman turned up early, (some others in the past would be hours late or wouldn’t even turn up at all) and serviced the door and was then on his way. I called Damian to thank him and he told me the install had been completed at my investment property. I felt as though I had finally found the reliability I been looking for, and a few years on after utilising Perth Garage Door Company for my servicing & installs, and referring them to many other friends and family, I would like to thank the team for their continued service, reliability & professionalism, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Damian & Team!

Read the reviews people before signing a deal with this group. Damian is cheeky, so whatever he promises make him add it to the contract.The sale process was cheeky as he provides low price online but when he comes to measure the cost is like the rest of the installers. He promises 4 weeks waiting period, while everyone else are 6-8weeks, just to get you to sign and pay, and you will get the door in 6-8 weeks as everyone else.And the installation was not done right. The door was not closing (locking) properly with the keys, and was told because the door is new and probably the keys aren’t good and he will report it under warranty and also my floor was not levelled. I doubt that he reported that. But i believed it was because the door was not levelled right and the lock springs could not slide easily in the openings. After he left i took the level and measured and confirm i was correct.Wrote an email to Damian to fix the door and nothing. I don’t write reviews often, but this kind of people just make you do.

I was very distressed with my garage door which was only a less them a decade old as it made a tremendous noise and I felt that one day the the whole thing would fall on us. Rang the company that fitted it and they recommended a few company that could fix it. Whilst I had looked around for some others. Till I got in touch with Perth Garage who assured me they could fix it. I was nothing but surprised to find such an honest company coming to my rescue.What a fantastic job they have done. Would give them 200/100 for their service, attitude, punctually and customer service. No one compares to them. I have put up some pictures of their fantastic and awesome work and trades skills and professionalism. Well done!!!!
